December 2: Four named to Academic Honor Roll Senior Christy Goff (right) was one of four Muhlenberg cross country runners named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll for the fall season.

November 17: Season ends at biggest meet Three Muhlenberg cross country runners competed in the national championship meet.

November 14: NCAA preview Three Mules are headed to Minnesota for the NCAA Division III Championships.

November 12: Three runners headed to nationals Three members of the Muhlenberg cross country teams, two men and one woman, earned bids to the NCAA Division III Championships in Minnesota. It is the first time Muhlenberg qualified runners from both genders for the national meet.

November 10: Chorney qualifies for NCAAs Junior David Chorney (right) earned a bid to the NCAA Division III Championships by finishing 14th at the NCAA Mideast Regional.

November 9: Mideast regional preview Muhlenberg is the host school for one of eight qualifiers for the national championships.

October 27: Three earn All-CC Junior Timothy Van Syckle (left) finished sixth, the highest of three Muhlenberg runners to earn all-conference honors at the Centennial Conference Championships. The Mule men came in fourth and the women sixth.

October 25: CC championship preview Both Muhlenberg teams will look to young runners at this weekend’s Centennial Conference Championships at Franklin & Marshall.

October 13: Both teams in top five at DeSales In their last invitational meet before the Centennial Conference Championships, the Mule women finished third and the men fourth at the DeSales Invitational. Senior Sara Gearin (right) posted the best finish of her career (fourth place) in the women’s race.

October 12: Men ranked in region The Mule men are ranked seventh in the Mideast Region.

September 28: Chorney second at Paul Short Run Junior David Chorney was one of two Mule men to finish in the top 10 at the Paul Short Run, leading the team to a fourth-place finish. The women were 11th, up from 14th last year.

September 15: Women win Mule/Falcon Classic Freshman Kim Bier (left) finished sixth to lead the Muhlenberg women to the title at the Mule/Falcon Classic. Junior Stuart Udis (right) was third in the men’s race as the Mules finished second.
