October 4: Mules fall at Dickinson
The Mules suffered their first conference loss of the season, 3-1 at Dickinson.

Nicolette Miller September 30: Muhlenberg drives away Fords
Muhlenberg scored two second-half goals to knock off 2007 Centennial Conference playoff qualifier Haverford, 2-0. Freshman Nicolette Miller (right) assisted classmate Jamie Weiss on the first goal.

September 23: Offense shut down on the road
Muhlenberg came in 24th in Division III in scoring but was shut out at Misericordia, losing 1-0.

Meghan O'Grady September 20: Mules come back to win CC opener
Muhlenberg overcame a 2-0 second-half deficit to knock off McDaniel, 4-2, in its first Centennial Conference game of the season. Freshman Meghan O’Grady (left) scored the insurance goal with 1:12 left.

Kate Morrissey September 17: Streak ends at Messiah
Junior Kate Morrissey (right) made a career-high 10 saves in Muhlenberg’s first loss of the season, 3-1 at third-ranked Messiah. The game was tied with 10 minutes to play.

September 16: Poll has Mules fifth in region
The Mules have their highest regional ranking in four years.

Lauren Petri September 13: Muhlenberg dominates Neumann
Muhlenberg held a 40-2 advantage in shots and improved to 5-0 with a 7-0 shutout of Neumann. Sophomore Lauren Petri (left) was one of four Mules to score a goal, netting the first of her career.

Jamie Weiss September 7: Mules finally solve Scranton
Freshman Jamie Weiss (right) scored the game-winning goal in the closing seconds of the first half as Muhlenberg notched its first-ever win against Scranton, 3-1.

Jayne Condon September 5: Four is magic number for Mules
Muhlenberg scored four goals for the third straight game and defeated Elmira, 4-0, in its home opener. Junior Jayne Condon (left) assisted on two of the goals.

September 2: Ranking for Mules, honor for Dessimone
Muhlenberg earned a regional ranking, and freshman Renee Dessimone earned a conference honor.

Kasey Hacker August 31: Muhlenberg scores late for 4-2 win
The Mules scored three goals in the last 7:22 to come from behind and defeat Kean, 4-2. Junior Kasey Hacker (right) netted the last of the three goals to clinch the game.

Renee Dessimone August 30: Freshmen sparkle in opener
Freshman accounted for three goals – all by Renee Dessimone (left) – and two assists to lead the Mules to a 4-0 win vs. St. Joseph’s in the first game of the 2008 season.
