May 27: Goldman honored for sportsmanship Recent graduate Jamie Goldman was named to the Centennial Conference Sportsmanship Team.

May 14: Four named to Academic Honor Roll Senior Jesse Kirschenbaum (right) was one of four Muhlenberg men’s tennis players named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll for success in the classroom and on the court.

April 22: Season ends with loss Muhlenberg finished its season with a 5-4 loss at Elizabethtown.

April 19: Muhlenberg loses last CC match The Mules fell to Gettyburg, 8-1, in their last Centennial Conference encounter on the season.

April 15: Mules blanked by Devils Regionally ranked Dickinson won 9-0 in Muhlenberg’s third home match in as many days.

April 14: Muhlenberg back to winning ways Muhlenberg won four singles contests after losing 2-1 in the doubles matches, securing a dramatic 5-4 victory against Franklin & Marshall. Senior Jamie Goldman (left) posted two victories for the Mules at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles.

April 13: Shoremen snap Muhlenberg’s run Washington snapped Mules’ four-match winning streak, claiming an 8-1 decision in Allentown.

April 9: Mules extend winning streak Sophomore Robbie Goldwein (right) pulled out a three-set win at No. 1 singles for the Mules, who won their fourth victory in a row, clinching a 5-4 decision against visiting King’s.

April 6: Muhlenberg picks up second league success Freshman Wayne Mitchel (left) won at No. 3 doubles in partnership with senior Jamie Goldman during Mules’ 8-1 victory over visiting McDaniel. This was Muhlenberg’s second Centennial Conference win on the season.

April 3: Mules win local derby Muhlenberg won its first home match of the season, claiming a 5-4 victory against local rival Moravian. With the match tied at four, junior Brian Wernick (right) was leading 3-6, 7-6 (7-5), 5-1 and had a double match point before his opponent sprained his ankle and retired, thus bringing the win to the Mules.

March 29: Muhlenberg splits in Baltimore The Mules split two matches in Baltimore, falling to nationally ranked Johns Hopkins and defeating Goucher. Sophomore Mark Apostolos (left) won at second doubles and third singles in the Goucher match.
