The Muhlenberg football team extended its regular-season winning streak to 15 with a tight 28-23 win at Johns Hopkins. Senior Joe Caporoso

October 4: Men’s soccer ties No. 23 Johns Hopkins
The Muhlenberg men’s soccer team ended a challenging part of its schedule with a scoreless draw at Johns Hopkins ... Also, three women’s teams lost at
Dickinson, and men’s tennis advanced a doubles team to a final at the ITA Regional.

October 3: Men’s cross country impressive at Paul Short
The Muhlenberg men’s cross country team finished fourth out of 41 teams at the Paul Short Run, besting two teams ranked higher in the region. Senior Timothy VanSyckle
(right) scored his second straight top-10 finish at the meet, placing fourth.

October 1: Men’s golf second again
The Muhlenberg men’s golf team earned its second straight runner-up finish at the Messiah Falcon Classic. Senior Bill Snow (right) tied for fourth with
a 3-over-par 75 ... Also, men’s soccer had its winning streak snapped at Dickinson, 1-0, and volleyball and field hockey suffered 3-1 home losses
to Haverford.
